Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states where our products are legal. Please note that hemp product regulations vary by state and locality. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you order are legal in your jurisdiction.
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST may be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Age Verification
All orders require age verification confirming the purchaser is 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request additional age verification upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the shipment may be returned and a refund issued minus shipping costs.
Subscription Orders (Honeys Club)
Honeys Club subscription orders ship automatically at the frequency you select. All subscription orders include free standard shipping, regardless of order total.
- You will receive a reminder email before each subscription order is processed.
- You may skip, modify, or cancel orders through your account dashboard before the processing date.
- Subscription orders use the same shipping address on file unless you update it.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account. If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of shipment, please contact us at hello@healthyhoneys.shop.
Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping costs will apply.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, high volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Discreet Packaging
All Healthy Honeys orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. The return address will show our business name but no product-specific information is visible on the exterior of the package.
