Our Guarantee
At Healthy Honeys, we want you to love your wellness products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. We believe in our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (with photo documentation)
- Incorrect items received
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used products (except for defective items)
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email hello@healthyhoneys.shop with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. For damaged items, please include photos.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Ship Your Return
Package the item(s) securely and ship them to the address provided. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Details
- Refund Amount: The full purchase price of the returned product(s) will be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures the fastest processing time.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), at your preference. No need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Honeys Club subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect before the next scheduled order. We cannot refund subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped, but you may return them following our standard return policy.
